Get in touch with My Arty Party by using the Contact Us Form below, email or call 07957 264242 to arrange your Arty Party date and time at your chosen venue.
We can then have a chat in more detail to confirm numbers and whether you would like to add any extras, like physical invitations, to your booking. We can also arrange a party planning meeting date on Zoom for you and your party person to decide which activities to make at the Arty Party!
We will then email a Booking Form for you to complete online and return. Your deposit of £25 will be due at this point to be paid by bank transfer, details on the Booking Form email. If you require physical invitations will post these out to you.
We provide the entertainment and all the crafty materials. You provide the venue, the party nibbles and cake and somewhere to wash sticky hands!
My Arty Party will arrive 30 minutes before the start time to set up and settle payment. You can pay your balance by card, bank transfer, cash or cheque. Your Arty Party will last for 2 hours. The activities will take an hour and a half, with breaks in this time to play party games, and the final 30 minutes is for party food and cake, provided by you, and for sorting the finished activities (master pieces!) into the party bags.
My Arty Party will provide ALL materials including table coverings and aprons. We also provide music for party games and the party bags for all children.
My Arty Party are there to help you enjoy a stress-free party and are happy to help in any way we can on the day, e.g. putting the cake into party bags, entertaining the children in any gaps, helping to tidy away after the party… just shout!
